Shanghai, China - They are Kunming Airlines and Dazhong Airlines
The Chinese Civil Aviation Agency has authorized operations of two new private carriers: Kunming Airlines, based in Kunming, which has registered capital of 80 million yuan, owned by the Zhongheng Chuangxin Investment Co Ltd., and Shijiazhuang-based Dazhong Airlines owned by Beijing Huade Shiji Science & Technology Investment Co.
