The other members are Banca Intesa (24,.2%), UBM-Unicredit Banca Mobiliare (6%), Societè generale (6%), Lehman Brothers (6%), San Paolo IMI (6%), Nomura (4,.8%), MCC Mediocredito Centrale (3.6%), Banca Akros (1.9%), Morgan Stanley and Calyon.
