Rome, Italy - The meeting is set for tomorrow

"Alitalia informs that, besides the acknowledgement of the decisions of the Treasury Minister of the closing of the procedure of selling of the airline, a board of directors has been convened for July 20 to take due measures inconsideration of the newly created situation".
