EasyJet: chairman to resign in 2003

Colin Chandler appointed future chairman

Stelios Haji-Ioannou announced he will resign in 2003. The chairman and founder of EasyJet, a British low cost air carrier, will be replaced by Colin Chandler, present Vickers Defence Systems' chairman. The present general manager, Ray Webster, will keep the office. (fra/pec)
