PARIS, FRANCE, Despite the general crisis which hit the air transport market, the French carrier Air France registered in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, ended at June, a operative profit of 253 EURm, risen of 36% in respect to the same year 2000 period. The net revenues, on the contrary, gone down to 195 EURm, with a loss of 27% respect to the same period of the last year.
