The FAA has had problems with 6100 pilots in the past 10 years

Following some recent inconveniences due to lack of professionally and attention of line pilots (see AVIONEWS 1 and 2), an inquiry conducted by "News 8" has brought to light a FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) database containing more than 6100 cases of pilot problems (notices or suspension of licence) in the past 10 years, a quarter of which (1500) only in the past 2 years.
