US Airways and America West: final verdict by the end of June
Washington, Usa - Set final term for financing
Yesterday the assignee in bankruptcy Mr Stephen Mitchell set the final term - 30 June - to collect financing for the two American carriers. It’s been some weeks since the two companies started merger negotiations (see AVIONEWS) and should they not reach an agreement, the penalty is for USD 15 m.
