JETLINER CRASHES IN INDIA, 57 KILLED
INDIA, A Boeing 737-200 crashed into a government housing complex in eastern India. It seems one of the engines of the flight of the Alliance Airlines, from Calcutta to New York, took fire while the plane was preparing for landing. Seven of the 58 people on board have survived, but there would be six killed on the ground. The plane, after crash, exploded and took fire.
