BAE SYSTEMS DEFEATED NORTHROP IN BIDDING WAR FOR THREE LOCKHEED'S DIVISIONS

USA, Bae Systems defeated Northrop Grumman in a bidding war to buy three divisions of Lockheed Martin, Nashua, N.H. based Sanders, Fairchild Systems in New York, Space Electronic and Communications in Virginia. Bae Systems made an offer of $1,67 billion for this business and will pay cash.
