GREEK AIRLINES TO MERGE

ATHENS, Aegean and Cronus, two greek carriers, in a statement, said the two boards of directors approved the merger plan. Aegean shareholders will own a 77,5% stake in the new airline, Cronus shareholders will hold a 22,5% stake.
