SAIRGROUP: HALF OF THE BOARD TO RESIGN
SWITZERLAND, Half of the 10-member board will resign at its annual shareholders meeting April 25. The departures follow the resignation Wednesday of airlines unit Chief Executive Moritz Suter. SAirGroup shares slid as much as 9.9 percent after this announcement and follwoing a swiss newspaper report saying the group may post a 2000 loss of $1.5 billion.
