CHINA WILL RAISE 17% IN DEFENSE INVESTMENTS
PEKING, CHINA, Chinese financial Minister, Xiang Huaicheng, announced, during National Popolar Congress, that China will raise in this year its defense expenses of 17%, due to requests for a technological improvement.
