ASTEC HELICOPTER SERVICE FORMS JOINT VENTURE WITH VOLVO AERO

NORWAY, L'Astec Helicopter Services, of Norway (CHC) and Volvo Aero, from Sweden, signed an agreement to form a joint venture torepair and overhaul helicopter engines, with particular care to the type selected for Nordic Standard Helicopter Program.
