OSLO, According to a survey carried out by OEA (Organization of European Airlines) Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the European airport with the highest regularity: nearly 90 per cent of all flights leave on time. This is a very good result because when the airport was first opened a couple of years ago, irregularity was the order of the day.
