NATIONAL EXPRESS UK GROUP SELLS TWO AIRPORTS

GREAT BRITAIN, UK based National Express sold the UK airports of East Midlands and Bournemouth to Manchester Airport in a deal worth GBP241 million (USD360m). The transaction has raised National Express Group's shares and now Manchester Airport is the second UK airport operator after BAA plc.
