AVIANCA TO START RESTRUCTURING PLAN

COLOMBIA, Aerovias Nacionales de Colombia (Avianca), the country's largest airline, is planning to restructure its costs and to prepare to possible merger, particularly with Aces, a regional airline which has expanded rapidly and opened international routes. Avianca has more than 250 daily domestic and international flights.
