US NAVY TO REPLACE CH-46 HELICOPTERS
WASHINGTON, U.S. Navy intends to replace CH-46 helicopters after discovering a crack in a component that helps control the aircraft's flight. Those helicopters, used for troops and cargo transport, have been used in Vietnam war. Navy officials underscored the urgency of replacing these helicopters. The Marine Corps currently flies 229 of them.
