CHICAGO, Tomorrow United Airlines will launch its first scheduled service between Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and Amsterdam:t he new daily nonstop flight, operated by a 440-seat Boeing 777, increases to 11 the number of international destinations served nonstop by United from Chicago.
