BUSH: MORE MONEY FOR US SOLDIERS

WASHINGTON, Yesterday new-president George W. Bush announced a significant increase in funding to improve U.S. soldiers' quality-of-life. The president plans to spend $1.4 billion on a pay raise for service members, $400 million on military housing and an additional $3.9 billion to improve healthcare.
