Barrot: final decision for the "Open Skies" program between USA and Europe

Brussels, Belgium - A spokesman of EU vice-president stated it

"Barrot expressed satisfaction for the progresses achieved that will allow him to submit a design of agreement to EU Transport Minister Council in the meeting of on March 22", Michele Cercone, spokesman of vice-president to European Commission, stated today. Decisive steps were realized with the negotiations between USA and Europe on the liberalization of the air transport.
