CPI AEROSTRUCTURES ANNOUNCES RECORD YEAR FOR CONTRACT AWARDS IN 2000

NEW YORK, CPI Aerostructures announced today that it was awarded approximately $13.0 million in new contract awards during 2000, nearly doubling the amount received in 1999. The Company also announced that it has received 22 contract awards during the month of January, 2001, totaling approximately $1.6 million.
