Alitalia (2): shortly the assembly for the Board of Directors' reorganization

After the resignation of M. Jean Cyril Spinetta from the Executive office, in all probability, the assembly for the Alitalia Board of Directors' reorganization will take place between February 19 and 23, 2007.
