"It informs that, for next Friday, January 19, has been convoked a meeting of the Alitalia's Board of Directors with on agenda, among the other, determinations to requests by Consob (Italian Commission for industries and Stock Exchange) according to the article 114 of the legislative decree February 24, 1998, nr 58".
