Eurofly: since today the 29,9% to the Prince Karim Aga Khan's Holding

Rome, Italy - A place in the board of directors

Today it has made known the purchase by the side of the Prince Karim Aga Khan's Holding, the major shareholder of Meridiana, the 29,9% of the shares stock of the Eurofly Italian airline. With the buyout of this share, the Holding acquires a place in the board of directors. Engineer Rosa and the Technical division Director of Meridiana, Ivano Pippobello, run for this office.
