Chicago, USA - The technicians are working to solve the problem

Discomforts, delays and cancellations today at Chicago international airport because of a technical breakdown of the radar system. At about 3:30am in fact the system stopped working and still now the technicians are trying to solve the problem. In the mean time the flights directed to the "O'Hare" airport have been diverted to other airports, and many of those departing have been cancelled. Instead...
