BOEING TO MAKE BID FOR CYPRUS AIRWAYS
NICOSIA, CYPRUS, Boeing made a bid yesterday to try finding an agreement with Cyprus Airways which is going to renew its fleet in order to beat the rival Airbus. The airline has to choose between Airbus planes or Boeing 737-800s and 767-300s to replace its Airbus ageing fleet. Cyprus Airways is expected to make a decision by the end of the month.
