Banca Intesa: an air transport securitization operation of USD 650m

Milan, Italy - A press release of the Milan's Credit Institute communicates that

"Banca Intesa ended a securitization operation that aims at covering the risk of its entry into the aeronautic sector. The operation is called 'Da Vinci Synthetic' and is worth about USD 650m, it is the second operation of this kind after 'Leonardo Synthetic' in May 2001. The 'Da Vinci' warrantees include 128 airplanes from the fleets of 22 airlines, most of them flag airlines, from 14 Countries...
