Eurofly in talks with Profilo
Milan, Italy - The Spinnaker Fund could cede a share
Profilo Management Company confirmed informal talks with Eurofly to evaluate possible industrial integration operations. The majority shareholder owns 44.16% of the company's capital stock with Profilo Spinnaker Investment Fund. Eurofly had formerly denied negotiations concerning possible commercial alliances with other airlines. The Spinnaker Fund could cede some of its shares in the airline....
