EADS: the agreement between Berlin and DaimlerChrysler

Berlin, Germany - A pool of German banks will buy out the car manufacturer's shares

The Berlin Government and DaimlerChrysler seem to have reached an agreement in order to keep the car manufacturer's shares in EADS in German hands. The agreement, as Government spokesman Ulrich Wilhelm said yesterday, was mainly traced but details must be still defined (see AVIONEWS). German financial newspaper "Handelsblatt" reported that the Government and DaimlerChrysler should clarify the operation...
