Agreement Russia-China to modernise the Chinese fighters' engines
Saint Petersburg, Russia - The deal will be signed within December 2006
A Russian plant in Saint Petersburg will operate the modernisation of the engines of the Chinese FC-1 fighters; it has been announced by the plant director during a press conference, and he also added the contract should be signed in November or December 2006.
