Belgrad, Serbia - Emir Sisic was condemned in Italy to 15 years of jail for the event happened in 1992
On January 7th 1992 the Yugoslavia Federal Aviation's pilot, Emir Sisic, piloting his MIG-21 shot above Croatia to two EU helicopters and one of them fell and crash to the ground. In the crash two Italian observers and a French observer died. Sisic has always said he acted under the orders of his commandant, but for the Italian justice it has not been so.
