Washington, USA - Rom Walters died because of oxygen lack

An American Air Force Sergent died last Monday during a flight on the back seat of an F-16 aircraft because of the interruption of oxygen supply in his mask. It has been communicated by the US Air Force, which added that an investigation has been started on the incident.
