IMPULSE AIRLINES WANTS TO MERGE WITH HAZELTON

AUSTRALIA, After Qantas and Ansett also Impulse Airlines wants to buy Hazelton Airlines Ltd. The carrier said it will make its offer afterc the decision by the country's competition regulator on rival takeover bids by Qantas Airways Ltd. and Ansett Holdings Ltd. Impulse has 13 Beech 1900D turboprop planes in its regional fleet.
