AirOne wants to purchase Bulgaria Air

Milan, Italy - EUR 5.3m to buy in 99.9% of the Bulgarian airline

AirOne launched a purchase offer for Bulgaria Air. The Italian carrier said it is willing to spend EUR 5.3m to buy in 99.9% of the Bulgarian flag airline and invest 12m in the next 5 years in order to strengthen fleet and make structural improvements. In particular it would purchase 15 new Airbus A-320s in replacement of the 9 Boeing aircraft that are currently in the fleet (8 B-737/300 and one B-737/500)....
