Deutsche Lufthansa AG said it plans to raise about EUR 752m in a rights offering to expand its fleet of new Airbus A-380. The company will offer investors a total of 76.3 million new shares for at least EUR 9.85 apiece, at an exchange rate of one share for every five held and the owners of the new stock will be entitled to the company's 2004 dividend. The subscription period for the shares will begin...
