Air France launches takeover bid on Klm today

Paris, France - The carrier expects to finalize it on 3 May

Air France, after having announced the launch of its takeover bid on the Dutch carrier Klm for the beginning of April (see AVIONEWS), has announced last Firday that the operation will start today and it should be finalized on 3 May. As previously published by AVIONEWS, the operation had already been postponed last 19 March due to the request by the US stock exchange authorities for additional information....
