Comanche programme has been cancelled

Washington, USA - The stealth helicopter has been considered inadequate to satisfy the new US Army's operative exigencies

The Sikorsky/Boeing RAH-66 Comanche attack and reconnaissance stealth helicopter programme has been cancelled after more than 10 years developing, grants of at least USD 10bn and a constant flood of criticism. Such a request has been put forward just by that armed force which would have been provided with this chopper, US Army, on the base of new operative exigencies compatibly with Rumsfeld's doctrine....
