Embraer and Lockheed Martin for US Army aerial surveillance

Washington, USA - Lockheed Martin has chosen the ERJ-145 as its surveillance systems platform

Lockeed Martin and Embraer are going to cooperate for producing the new reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft in response to the US Army's specification on the so called ACS programme (Aerial Common Sensor). The purpose is the one of endowing the American Army of a new reliable surveillance and intelligence system and the plane which has been optioned by Lockheed (as providing this its apparatus)...
