Capital increase for Volare Group

Milan, Italy – Worth EUR 40 m

Volare Group has recently announced a capital increase worth EUR 40m thanks to the arrival of the Dutch foundation Stichting Administratiekantoor Volare. Volare Group is the society that is to have the former President of Sea, Giorgio Fossa, who has suddenly resigned some days ago (see AVIONEWS).
