"I think that the two parts will arrive to an agreement, I heartly wish it", with these words the French President, Jacques Chirac, has expressed yesterday his hope for a happy conclusion of the negotiates regarding the compensations for the 170 dead of the Uta Dc-10 crash happened in Niger's skies in 1989. Chirac is currently visiting Tunisia, where he should meet the Libyan leader Muammar Gheddafi....
