On November 2, in the afternoon Israeli military aircraft broke once again the sound barrier over Beirut. The Guidance Directorate at the Army Command announced that at 12:40pm four Israeli warplanes entered the Lebanese airspace and flew at a low altitude over the south, Al-Biqa, the north and Beirut, breaking the sound barrier.
