Signed the Air France-Klm agreement (2). The terms are the same announced on September 30th

Amsterdam, Netherlands - The new holding name is Air France-Klm

The deal signed today in Amsterdam between Air France and Klm does not contain new details compared to that announced on September 30th. This has been confirmed by the same Klm in a release diffused just a few moments ago. The new holding head will be the chief executive manager and president of the Air France, Jean Cyril Spinetta. The new group will be controlled for the 81% by French shareholders...
