Wellington - New Zealand- Air Kiribati has lost over $ 5.5m in just one year

New Zealand's Air Kiribati international airline has lost so far over $ 5.5m since it became operational one year ago. The Government ceased supporting the airline which can no longer afford the expenses. Therefore the officials are considering stopovers, such as Fiji and Tonga, in order to get more passengers.
