Ulyanovsk, Russia - Aviastar-SP is to manufacture the planes

The Russian agency ITAR-TASS, quoting Lev Lanovskiy, the chief designer of the TU-204 aircraft, reports there have been preliminary talks with Iranian engineers about future sales of TU-204 commercial airliners to Iran.
