La Nato (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) ha ufficialmente comunicato pochi minuti fa che il ministro degli esteri olandese Jaap de Hoop Scheffer è il nuovo segretario dell'Alleanza Atlantica. Scheffer prende il posto dello statunitense George Robertson.
