LAST STAGES OF NEGOTIATIONS TO OPEN NARITA AIRPORT IN LATE NIGHT

TOKYO, JAPAN, According to Japanese civil aviation authorities spokesman, talks are in final stage to open Tokio's Haneda downtown airport at late night flights, in order to allow more passenger traffic. Concerns from international Narita airport authorities have been expressed in order of a loss of passengers traffic in this airport.
