BA INTERESTED TO INCREASE CONTROL ON QANTAS
LONDON, GREAT BRITAIN, According to London Sunday Times newspaper, national airline British Airways is in talks with the Australian government in order to increase BA control on Australian carrier Qantas from current 25% to 49%, in GBP450m deal. Up today, there is a govcernment ban prohibiting foreign carriers to own more than 25% of an Australian airline.
