BA TO SHAKE UP OPERATIONS AT LONDON GATWICK AIRPORT
LONDON, The airline is to cut long haul routes from 43 to 25. The plane, which is to be phased in two years, will cancel a few loss making routes and transfer some long haul destinations to Heathrow airport, including Nairobi, Dar-es Salaam and Seychelles flights. They will move from Gatwick to Heathrow in October next year. The changes will mean a reduction of 40% in BA's long haul operations...
