One crewmember was killed and another two injured when an MI-8 helicopter was shot down from a portable missile launcher near the village of Dyshne-Vedeno in southeastern Chechenya on Thursday evening. The search teams have evacuated the wounded pilots from the crash scene, occurred at around 8:30 pm Moscow time. Search and reconnaissance operations are in progress.
