France says no to Ryanair
Paris, France – The airline is going to have recourse
Ryanair had received financial support amounting to annual EUR 560.000 for 5 years; they should have been used to take advertising space and promote the airline' website. The funding arrived from French Trade Chamber and Local Industry. But yesterday Strasbourg Court cancelled the financial supports, stating that the grant would have been useful only to the Irish carrier and not also to Alsace region....
